Cookie Policy

Effective July 2026.

In short: We use only a couple of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep forms safe. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Your chips and settings are saved with localStorage, which is not a cookie at all.

A cookie is a tiny text file a website stores in your browser. Some cookies are needed to make a site work. Others are used to track people across the web. Blackjack.ooo only uses the first kind.

The cookies we use

These are essential cookies. The site cannot work safely without them, so they are always on.

CookieWhat it doesHow long it lasts
Session cookieRemembers that you are signed in as you move from page to page, so you do not have to log in again on every click.Until you close your browser or sign out.
CSRF token cookieA security token that proves a form, such as sign-in or the contact form, really came from you. It blocks a common kind of attack. For the length of your visit.

What we do not use

  • No advertising cookies. We do not show ads and we do not track you to sell ads.
  • No third-party tracking. We do not let outside advertising networks follow you around the web from our pages.
  • No profiling. We do not build a marketing profile of your habits.

localStorage - not a cookie

Your chip balance, game stats and settings are saved using localStorage, a private storage space built into your browser. It is different from a cookie in two important ways: it is not sent to our servers with every request, and only this site can read it. In practice it means your play-money progress stays on your own device. If you clear it, your chips reset to the starting stack.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because our cookies are essential, blocking them may mean you cannot sign in or submit forms, but you can still play as a guest. Clearing your browser data will also erase your saved chips and settings from localStorage.
