In short: Blackjack.ooo is a free game you play with pretend chips. There is no real-money gambling. We suggest it for players 18 and over because of the gambling theme. Play fair, be kind, and use it at your own risk.

These terms are the agreement between you and Blackjack.ooo when you use the site. By playing, you agree to them. We kept them plain so you can actually read them.

1. A free service

Blackjack.ooo is provided free of charge. There is nothing to buy, no subscription and no premium tier. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time to keep the site fresh and working well.

2. Play money only

All chips on this site are play money. They have no cash value. You cannot buy chips, you cannot deposit money, and you cannot cash chips out for anything of value. Nothing you win or lose here is real. This is not real-money gambling, and it is not a way to win real prizes.

3. Age recommendation

Because blackjack has a gambling theme, we recommend the site for players aged 18 and over. It is meant as entertainment and practice, not as training for real-money gambling.

4. Acceptable use

To keep the game fair and friendly for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts or tools to gain an unfair edge.
  • Try to break, overload or disrupt the site or its servers.
  • Harass other players or post abusive, hateful or unlawful content, including in multiplayer chat.
  • Copy, scrape or resell the site's content or code without permission.
  • Pretend to be someone else or use a misleading username.

If you break these rules we may limit or remove your access.

5. Accounts

You can play without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Do not share your login. Tell us through the contact page if you think someone else is using your account. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. No warranty

Blackjack.ooo is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep the game fair, accurate and online, but we cannot promise it will always be perfect or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site. Since the chips are not real, there is no financial loss to worry about.

7. Fair play and odds

Our games follow honest, published rules and a fairly shuffled deck. The odds match a real game of blackjack. That said, the cards are random, and past hands never change the chance of the next one. Please play for fun.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
